Our Professional coaches are passionate, energetic, talented and inspiring. We focus on developing athletic and critical-thinking skills, including coordination, creative thinking, the use of strategy, and much more to guiding each student on the journey of achieving maximum potential.

Group classes are designed to be fun, educational, and provide a relaxed environment where you can be active and get involved in a great sport alongside other interested newcomers.

Lessons are one on one with the coach for 30 or 60 minute intervals. The coach corrects and will focus on what each individual needs to progress. Immediate feedback lets the student instantly implement what was just learned.
